The condo, rated as 5* by HomeAway, TripAdvisor and VRBO, was modelled and furnished by one of Grand Cayman’s most respected interior designers and with a focus on natural materials and colours.

The beachfront condo was a featured property in Cayman’s interior design magazine ‘Inside Out’.

The condo features four bedrooms, including a huge mater suite with striking ocean views, a jucuzzi tub and a large walk-in closet. Two further bedrooms offer queen beds whilst the fourth is a twin room and perfect for children.

Up to 10 guests can be hosted at out oceanfront luxury condo, Seven Mile Beach, using the pull-out bed in the Media Room. A heavy privacy curtain separates the room from the rest of the condo.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the extras guests might need and the dining area can sit 10 in comfort.

There are large flat-screen TVs throughout with internet connection and cable TV. In addition the Media Room offers a Playstation games console, DVD player and surround sound.

The condo is networked with a Sonos music streaming system, enabling guests to play their personal libraries throughout the condo from their smartphone or tablet device.

Comfortable seating in the living area and on the large terrace provide ample opportunity for relaxation.

Other features include an alarm system, a coded entry lock for guests (no more forgetting your keys!) and two parking spaces in the underground parking garage.
