The newest addition to Sea Breeze, Condo #5 is a spacious four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home on the third floor of our boutique oceanfront development at the quieter north end of Seven Mile Beach.
The open-plan living area flows out to a covered balcony with views over the gardens to the Caribbean Sea, the perfect spot for breakfast or watching the sunset.
The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and three further bedrooms each have a queen bed. A separate media room with a queen sofa bed gives extra space, so up to 10 guests can stay in comfort.
Guests enjoy all of Sea Breeze’s amenities, including the oceanfront pool and hot tub, the fitness room and direct access to the beach, with Cemetery Beach, known for some of the best snorkelling on Seven Mile Beach, just a short walk away.

Inside Condo 5
Condo 5 is the newest addition to Sea Breeze. On the third floor, its open-plan living area flows out to a covered balcony overlooking the gardens and the Caribbean Sea – a lovely spot for breakfast, a sundowner or simply watching the sunset. It shares the generous layout of the other Sea Breeze condos, with almost 3,000 sq ft of space, four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, plus a laundry room that makes longer stays easy.

Life at Sea Breeze
Sea Breeze is a boutique building of just nine condos at the quieter north end of Seven Mile Beach. Step down to the heated oceanfront infinity pool and spa, the beach cabana and hammocks, and the beachside grill – the sand is right there, and the reef at Cemetery Beach, one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, is right next door. There’s also a fitness studio, an elevator to every floor, an outdoor shower and storage for kayaks and paddleboards.
Foster’s supermarket is about a minute’s drive away, with cafés and restaurants in the same plaza, and Camana Bay’s shops and restaurants are a short drive south. Your neighbors include The Ritz-Carlton and the Kimpton Seafire, so fine dining and spa days are close at hand, yet Sea Breeze itself stays peaceful. The airport is around 20 minutes by car, and we recommend renting one to explore the island.
