This second-floor high-end condo is beautifully furnished and appointed, with a wonderful terrace, overlooking Sea Breeze’s infinity pool and offers a perfect spot for al-fresco dining.
Inside, the condo offers a generous 3,000 sq.ft of accommodation comprising an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as four well-proportioned bedrooms.
The master at condo 4 Sea Breeze features a king bed and exceptional oceanfront views as well as a large en-suite with jacuzzi tub and full shower and a large walk-in closet.
Three further bedrooms offer a king and two queen beds, whilst larger groups can be accommodated using the queen sleeper in the media room.
Externally all floors at Sea Breeze are served by an elevator which enables easy access from both ground floor and the secure basement parking garage.

Condo 4 offers flexible arrival dates with a minimum stay of five nights. At Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving there is a minimum stay of 7 nights, with only certain arrival dates available.

Our Cayman Islands Tourism Licence is granted for up to 10 guests.
All rates are subject to 13% government tax, and we request a $1,500 refundable security deposit.
A 50% deposit is requested upon booking with the balance, plus security deposit, due 56 days prior to that start of your stay.
Please note that, even after paying your deposit, your booking is not guaranteed until you hear back from us in writing. Please do not book your flights until your booking is confirmed.
