Planning a family reunion, a multi-generational vacation or a trip with friends? Sea Breeze is a boutique building of just nine four-bedroom oceanfront condos on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. Each condo sleeps up to 10, and bigger groups can book two together and stay under one roof.
Why Sea Breeze works for multi-generational trips
- Space to be together and apart: four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and almost 3,000 sq ft, with The Penthouse larger still.
- Easy for grandparents: an elevator runs from the underground parking garage and the ground floor up to every level.
- Easy for children: the pool and beach are right outside, so it’s simple to go back and forth for naps and snacks. Our own kids learned to swim in this pool.
- An easy beach: a groomed private beach area, with good water entry either side of the coral shelf that’s sometimes seen at the water’s edge.
- Meals together: full kitchens, plus a beachside grill.
- A quieter stay: we’re at the north end of Seven Mile Beach, with just nine condos in the building.
How everyone sleeps
- The Penthouse: king master suite, a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a fourth bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed. Sleeps up to 10.
- Condo 8: two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom and a twin room whose beds can be pushed together to make a king. Sleeps up to 10.
- Condo 5: king primary suite, three queen bedrooms and a media room with a queen sofa bed. Sleeps up to 10.
- Condo 3: two king suites and two queen suites, each with its own bathroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa suitable for two children. Sleeps up to 10, with a maximum of 8 adults.
Two families? Book two condos
A single condo can suit two families who are happy to share. If you’d like more room, or your group is larger than 10, Sea Breeze has several four-bedroom condos, so you can book two together and keep everyone under one roof. Availability depends on your dates, so send us your dates and group size and we’ll check what’s free.
Traveling with babies and young children
Pack ‘n Play travel cots and high chairs can be arranged. Condo 3 can also provide booster seats and baby gates on request. Beach toys and floaties are included at The Penthouse and Condo 8. Just tell us what you need when you inquire.

How many people can stay in one condo?
The Penthouse, Condo 8 and Condo 5 each sleep up to 10 guests. Condo 3 sleeps up to 10, with a maximum of 8 adults.
Can two families stay at Sea Breeze together?
Yes. One four-bedroom condo can work well for two families of up to 10 in total. For more space, Sea Breeze has several four-bedroom condos, so you can book two together and keep everyone under one roof, subject to availability.
Is Sea Breeze suitable for grandparents?
Sea Breeze has elevator access to every floor from both the ground floor and the underground parking garage. The beach and pool are on site, and the building sits at the quieter north end of Seven Mile Beach.
Do you provide cribs and high chairs?
Yes. A Pack ‘n Play travel cot and a high chair can be arranged. Just mention what you need when you inquire.
How do I book for a group?
