Good news for anyone planning a Seven Mile Beach getaway: booking direct at Sea Breeze just got simpler and more flexible. At The Penthouse, Condo 8 and Condo 5 there is now no security deposit, and all three share the same clear, guest-friendly cancellation policy.
No security deposit
Many vacation rentals ask for a refundable damage deposit, often $1,000 or more held on your card for weeks around your trip. At The Penthouse, Condo 8 and Condo 5 there is no security deposit at all, so the price you’re quoted is simply your stay: accommodation, government tax and fees.
Our cancellation policy
Plans change, and we’d rather you booked with confidence. These terms apply to The Penthouse, Condo 8 and Condo 5:
Stays from February to November
- 14 days or more before check-in: full refund
- 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund
December and January stays (peak season)
- 60 days or more before check-in: full refund
- 30–60 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before check-in: no refund
Refunds are less a 3.5% processing fee if you paid by credit card, or less any bank charges for the transfer if you paid by wire. These cover the costs the bank charges for each transaction.
Why booking direct can be the better deal
- Flexible terms: booking platforms limit hosts to a fixed set of cancellation options, so the same condo can come with stricter terms on a platform than when you book with us directly.
- No platform guest fees: sites such as Airbnb and Vrbo add their own service fee on top of the rental. Book direct and that fee doesn’t apply.
- No deposit hold: nothing extra tied up on your card around your trip.
- Talk to real people: your inquiry goes straight to the people who look after the condo, who can answer questions about beds, cribs, groceries and island tips before you book.
