Each unit is licensed by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism and sleeps up to 10 guests in comfort.
Sea Breeze is located at the north end of Seven Mile Beach, next to Cemetery Beach – renowned as the best snorkelling spot on the whole beach.
Meanwhile, you are just a five-minute drive from the centre of Seven Mile Beach’s amenities such as Camana Bay and numerous shops and restaurants.
The island’s two five-star resorts – the Ritz Carlton (4km) and the Kimpton Seafire (1km) are just a short distance away. They both offer excellent restaurants and other amenities. Please contact us for some dining suggestions.

Beach Amenities
Our private beach area has plentiful beach furniture with loungers, side tables, hammocks and a shady ocean-front cabana.
A beach-side grill gives guests the opportunity to dine al fresco and enjoy the incredible sunsets.
Stepping down into the Caribbean waters, guests have sandy, gently-sloping access to the ocean.
For those lucky enough to stay in late summer and autumn, you may get a glimpse of the sea turtles which often nest right up on our beach.
And on many of Cayman’s beautifully calm days you can look from your condo and spot turtles and rays swimming in the crystal clear waters along the beach.
Infinity Pool
Our beach-front infinity pool offers a perfect destination to relax and cool off, whilst the pool-side loungers and tables are perfect for social gatherings and lounging.
The pool’s adjoining hot tub is an especially popular spot to sit back and take in the view and the occasional passing wildlife such as baby iguanas and local chickens!
Fully-equipped Gym
Our fully-equipped fitness has been fitted out with a wide range of quality fitness equipment.
Available equipment includes weights, free weights, a treadmill, a bike, and a cross-trainer.
The second-floor gym also features a flat-screen TV with cable, as well as a shower room.
Secure Basement Parking
Sea Breeze has a secure underground parking garage available to guests. Each condo has two spaces with elevator access to all floors.
