#3 & #4 are adjoining and take up the whole second floor. They can be rented together for larger groups, sleeping up to 20.

Condo 3 is a luxuriously-appointed oceanfront condo overlooking Seven Mile Beach and the crystal-clear Caribbean sea.

The condo is newly furnished with Tommy Bahama throughout and equipped with everything you should need during your Caribbean vacation.

The four bedroom accommodation boats a huge master suite with king bed, large en-suite with jacuzzi tub and full-sized shower along with a huge walk-in closet. The views from the master suite are exceptional, looking out over the trees and ocean.

Three further bedrooms comprise an additional king and two queens.

For larger groups, the media room can be utilised as a fifth bedroom, using the  rollout queen sleeper.

Indoor and outdoor dining is catered for on both the comfortable breezy terrace and in the large indoor dining area.

The kitchen is fully appointed with top-end appliances and many extras, whilst the living area and media rooms offer plenty of scope for vacation relaxation.

There is elevator access to all floors in the building including the parking garage where there is secure parking for guests.

Condo 3 offers flexible arrival dates with a minimum stay of five nights. At Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving there is a minimum stay of 7 nights, with only certain arrival dates available.

Our Cayman Islands Tourism Licence is granted for up to 10 guests.

All rates are subject to 13% government tax and we request a $1,500 refundable security deposit.

A 50% deposit is requested upon booking with the balance, plus security deposit, due 56 days prior to that start of your stay.

Please note that, even after paying your deposit, your booking is not guaranteed until you hear back from us in writing. Please do not book your flights until your booking is confirmed.
