Located on the fourth-floor, this luxury condo enjoys unrivalled views out over the Seven Mile Beach Bay and the azure-blue Caribbean Sea.
The condo, rated as 5* by HomeAway, TripAdvisor and VRBO, was modelled and furnished by one of Grand Cayman’s most respected interior designers and with a focus on natural materials and colours.
The condo was a featured property in Cayman’s interior design magazine ‘Inside Out’.
The condo features four bedrooms, including a huge mater suite with striking ocean views, a jucuzzi tub and a large walk-in closet. Two further bedrooms offer queen beds whilst the fourth is a twin room and perfect for children.
Up to 10 guests can be hosted using the pull-out bed in the Media Room. A heavy privacy curtain separates the room from the rest of the condo.
The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the extras guests might need and the dining area can sit 10 in comfort.
There are large flat-screen TVs throughout with internet connection and cable TV. In addition the Media Room offers a Playstation 4, DVD player and surround sound.
The condo is networked with a Sonos music streaming system which includes a subscription to Apple Music, enabling guests to play their extensive library throughout the condo from their smartphone or tablet device.
Comfortable seating in the living area and on the large terrace provide ample opportunity for relaxation.
Other features include an alarm system, a coded entry lock for guests (no more forgetting your keys!) and two parking spaces in the underground parking garage.

Rates 2020 & 2021
We are fully licensed by the Cayman Islands Tourism Board for occupancy of up to 10 guests.
All our bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, although we can occasionally have some flexibility. Please contact us with any requests. In September and October we can accept short bookings with a minimum of five nights and flexible arrival dates.
All rates are subject to 13% government tax and we request a $1,000 refundable security deposit.
A 50% deposit is requested upon booking with the balance, plus security deposit, due 56 days prior to that start of your stay.
